WELCOME TO SWIM BOURNEMOUTH ADULT SWIMMING

At Swim Bournemouth, our Adult Swim sessions encompass the whole range of ability from casual fitness swimming to highly organised competitive swimming. To qualify you only need to be over 18 years of age.

Swim Bournemouth welcomes everyone, no matter what your reason is for swimming. Our core aim to provide better health, better fitness, and friendship between swimmers. There is no compulsion on swimmers to compete but if you wish to we will support you all the way.

We have sessions at both Littledown and Stokewood Road Leisure Centres. Both centres have ample free parking.

We appreciate that people have different schedules, which is why we offer morning as well as evening sessions, with the option to pick what best suits you.

All sessions are coach-led and every session will be varied and concentrate on stroke / skill development as well as building stamina. Our coach will tailor the sessions to individual needs depending on their ability and aspirations.

You can attend as little or as many as you wish of the five quality coach led sessions a week, with each session costing only £5, payable at the time.
